REGISTRATION PROCESS  
STEP 1:  

To facilitate the registration process, please follow the directions below carefully. Registration materials to be submitted prior May 10, 2011 are:

1. Registration Form - completely filled out

2. Check for Deposit: $75 (non-refundable)

3. Class Selection Form

Deadline for Deposit to Guarantee Class Space: May 10, 2011.

 

An additional $20.00 will be added for registration and deposits not received by May 10, 2011.

 

There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
On July 19th, please have the following materials completed:

4. Check Payable to Larry Clark for workshop Video (Optional) - $35.00
5. One stamped and pre-addressed envelope to your PRINCIPAL or ACTING DEAN, for recognition of your commitment on a piece of paper inside the envelope, so we know who to commend. (Optional)
6. Application form for the Greta Weatherill Memorial Award (Optional)
